Introducing HoopFit!, a fitness class with a twist. Enjoy a fun and energetic workout designed to
burn fat and calories, define your core, and lengthen and strengthen your muscles. In this class,
the hoop is an effective body-sculpting tool, incorporated throughout the class to enhance your
cardio workout, serve as a dynamic free weight, and to support and augment stretching.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A HoopFit! CLASS
My HoopFit! class is structured similarly to a traditional fitness class where you get a full body
workout. But this is a workout with a new spin - a hoop is integrated throughout the entire class.
Cardio with a hoop? Even before waist hooping, we get the body moving and increase the heart
rate. About 30-40 minutes of class are dedicated to ab-toning waist hooping and, when you are
ready, arm and leg movements are added to rev up the cardio for even more slimming and trimming.
Strength training with a hoop? Light weight and high reps firm and tone while burning mega
calories. And your tummy will get another opportunity for strengthening and firming when I put you
through some serious ab exercises (with the hoop, of course).
Stretching and Lengthening with a hoop? I teach you exercises with the hoop which will maximize
and deepen the stretch.
For Adults and Teens. The HoopFit! program, its exercises and sequence, were designed by Jeanne
Lieder, Founder of Hulala Fitness.
