This amazing workout blends the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates with the
power, speed and agility of boxing.  Infused with exhilarating cardio dance and
accompanied by the latest club beats, you get a high-energy and fun workout.  

Be forewarned: Piloxing is intense, and you will see results!

By alternating between standing Pilates, traditional boxing moves, and transitional dance
segments, it is the optimal calorie-burning regimen.  Piloxing is ideal for cross-training
athletes and dancers, and enhances any fitness program.
